help! how to mod .gim files?

I extract 5155.pak files but there are no pictures but some .gim files. I really want to mod the gigginox. Who can help me ?

Gigginox & Rathalos & Rathian & Diablos (all 2 colors) doesn't work. But I Already try to fix it, and the resulat was... hm.
